Ingredients

1 ½ Filo de Agave Tequila Reposado
1 ½ Manzanilla Sherry
¾ Pearl Liqueur (Poire William)
Garnish: lemon twist

Preparation

Add the reposado tequila, sherry and pear liqueur into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
