Tequila Smash

Ingredients

5 fl oz Filo de Agave Añejo Tequila
2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3 fl oz honey simple syrup equal parts honey and water dissolved over medium heat- about 3 tablespoon honey and 3 tablespoon water
8-10 mint leaves torn into small pieces
2 cups crushed ice

Preparation

Combine 3 tablespoons each of honey and water in a pan; heat until honey dissolves. Cool.
Add mint, lime juice, lemon juice, tequila, and syrup to a shaker; shake for 20 seconds.
Fill glasses with crushed ice, pour the mix over, garnish with lime or lemon, and enjoy.
